When I began working with Luova The Brand, the agency needed support in managing social media for clients in the medical industry, specifically on TikTok and Instagram. This role provided me with valuable experience working with an influencer, a luxury dental clinic, a menopause clinic and a medical wellness centre.

My responsibilities included managing Instagram and TikTok accounts, scheduling posts, carousels and reels, engaging with audiences, posting stories, editing TikTok videos and sending weekly trend reports to clients via email.

During my time with the agency, we achieved significant growth in our clients’ social media presence, increasing both reach and brand awareness. For instance, one client’s Instagram account grew from 256,577 views to 386,995 views by the end of my contract, while another account increased from 47,531 views to 62,439 views.
